Joseph came and gave me a reasonable quote to solve a leaking roof causing damp in upstairs rooms. He stated when scaffolding would go up and what work would be done. Everything was done exactly when he said it would be and he communicated with me throughout the job. The job turned out to be more involved due to damage that couldn't be assessed from the ground but he and his team worked hard and got it done in an extra couple of days. Really pleased, easy to deal with and hopefully no more leaky roof!!
Joseph gave realistic estimates he stuck to. He pointed out where water was seeping into my porch and replaced a number of cracked tiles and replaced mortar. He added vents to soffits and edge caps to a high ridge and porch.
Easy to work with. Came when he said he would, both to assess the issue and do the work. Seemed honest and didn't try and do a bigger job than was needed. Would recommend and use in the future.
Work completed to a good standard, in the timeframe quoted, at an agreeable price.
Joseph was friendly, professional, reliable and value for money. 10/10 - I would recommend him to others & hire him again.
Joseph was really knowledgable on how to fix my leaking garage roof. He came quickly and was very efficient in getting it sorted. He was able to repair three problem areas that could have been causing the leak and explained the issues to me very clearly.
Joseph was very prompt in arranging a quote and came across as a expert in his trade. He was polite throughout the whole process and generated a trustworthy impression. On inspection, various repairs were explained and agreed, with full explanations. His quoted price was spot on, with no additional charges. His workmanship and tidyness were excellent. No hesitation in recommending.
Got in touch as soon as I messaged to arrange an appointment. Fixed the issue straightaway. Great service and very reasonable cost.
I had leaking roof valley, which had caused the wood underneath to rot. It was quite a big task to replace it all, but Joseph did a good job of explaining everything, and he finished what turned out to be a fairly extensive repair within the short deadline I required. There were some delays due to the weather, but he kept in touch to provide updates. His workmanship was excellent, and he tidied up after himself and his team.
Joseph was prompt with his quote. He attended my property as arranged. He and his colleague were polite and efficient. Will happily recommend him.
Joseph did a brilliant job from start to finish. He explained everything throughly so I understood what was happening and why. Good price, good job and would use his services again. He offered after care if there was any problems. Can't ask for more than that.
Good, efficient and good quality work.
Joseph responded to my request from a quote in a timely manner, assessed the work and gave me a quire within 24 hours. Due to weather it was a while until the work could start, but Joseph checked in regularly with updates. Once work started he and his teamed were there every day for 3+ weeks, it was a big project. Once the scaffolding was down Joseph can to do a final check and tidy. Throughout I was kept upto date with how everything was progressing. When an additional issue was found witj the chimneys, Joseph discussed this in full with me and gave the options available. All round very happy.
Very quick service, very tidy, all work completed thoroughly explained. Will be booking in to repoint the other side of the roof soon!
Joseph is a great worker, always polite and cheerful. Good workmanship and a good allrounder. Left area clean and tidy.
Very rapid response to request made on Checkatrade. Quick turnaround on quote. Good price. Completed work quickly. Followed up with some useful advice and observations. All very good thank you.
You may have to wait a while when you book this team but the work is done well. Joseph and his team are very polite and hard working. The job was completed to an excellent standard. Joseph will tell you exactly what needs to be done and when he can complete the work. Recommended, absolutely.
Great communication prompt and just did what I needed, so overall good service!
Very happy with service.
Joseph gave me a reasonable quote and did the work within a time period subject to weather. Took a lot of care with a difficult mid century tiled roof that needed tile preplacement and membrane repair, so in the end couldn't tell where he had done the work, which is what was needed. Would use him again.
Quick and easy to make contact and arrange work to be done. Booked within a week. The work was very quick and efficient. It was all explained to me and I liked the honest approach. Joseph was kind and polite. I would recommend him and if I needed any other roofing needs, I would definitely contact him.
Roofline replaced a bay window roof at House front and repaired a roof leak at back of house. The owner, Joseph, visited within a day of being contacted - very thorough in identifying the problems and explaining what he would do. He carried out the work within a few days and his team was very efficient, tidy and polite.
Joseph gave me a quote promptly. Outlined what the cost covered thoroughly. A week later the job was done as agreed. Very happy. Price as quoted and now have a contact I will certainly use again if needing roofing works.
Was getting a few quotes from different people, and getting really stressed out with the way I was being treated and the difference in quotes. That’s until I spoke with Joseph, he was the only one that actually looked at my garage and talked me through what what’s going to happen. He was on time for giving a quote and on the day of the work being carried out. He knows his stuff and I will be getting him back to do other work I need doing. Definitely recommend this company.
They were excellent. Did everything that I required.
Fantastic price tidy and polite. Very happy with the work.
Joseph did a great job with our flashing. He was prompt in his service and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.
Came out quickly and inspected job, quoted at a reasonable price. Completed about a week after. Came on time, did job and left tidy - All good.
Very quick response, came following day and fixed roof. Left site clean. Very impressed, recommend.
Very pleased with works carried out. Joseph and his team completed the work in good time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a roofer.
Very professional and trustworthy. The work required was carried out to a high standard with efficiency. Very satisfied with the service provided from start to finish.
Came out quickly to survey if roof needed replaced or could be made watertight again with just replacing the felt. Recommended not paying to replace the whole roof and that felting would be sufficient. Came out to do the work the following week and had it all done/tidied in a few hours. Happy with the results/process.
Joseph was very quick to come out and give me a quote for the work. His communication was very good and we were happy with the price quoted. He was able to do the work the following week. Our roof looks so much better now it's clear of all the moss. He gave the whole roof a thorough inspection and has quoted for further works. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work, and would recommend Roofline.
Very pleasant team. Arrived as promised and carried out work quietly and efficiently. In addition to tiling and leadwork they inspected and sealed old joints in small copper flat roof to dormer.
Excellent work done by friendly workers. Very reasonably priced and work done to a very high quality.
I have requested more than once for various repairs and always have been available to proceed promptly with professionalism and with very good communication. I will definitely recommend it.
Joe turned up promptly to give me an estimate and then managed to fit us in quickly to complete the work.
Good quality job, very reliable.
Roofline told us what they were going to do and did it in the agreed time. There were some very minor issues with the work and they came back promptly to rectify them at no extra cost. I would recommend Roofline. Good people.
Very good communication, felt very sincere, enthusiastic to please. Could have been more mindful around mess but it was a messy job.
Good service, very courteous and tidy.
Great job on our Edwardian house. Nothing is ever particularly straightforward on a house of this age, but whenever a problem is encountered a solution is found and Joseph and his Team work hard on ensuring it doesn’t impact the job. Very clean and tidy work, and other than noticing a lovely new roof you wouldn’t have known they had been on site. Highly recommended!
A thorough survey of the work to carried out. A very fair and accurate estimate. Removal of old lead flashing and temp. Remedial work and in its place new flashing plus new guttering to a very large conservatory.
Quoted 3 to 4 days for work which took 8 days.
No comments given.
There was a lot of repair work needed to be done plus some woodwork. The neighbours have been commenting on how smart the repaired roof looks. I am just happy that such a good job has been done. I would (and already have) recommended Joseph to my local friends who need roof repairs done.
Work was carried out to a high standard throughout. Communication was good and Joseph did exactly what he promised to. I was very happy with the work and I have recommended him to friends already.
Very good, whole experience was good, they answered the questions that I wanted answered. Great communication afterwards and followed up with me.
Friendly, efficient and said what they going to do and did it.
Joseph worked on a neighbours roof and had made an excellent job. So I felt confident in asking him to replace the soffits, fascias and guttering on my house and more importantly fix an ongoing leak on the roof. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and would highly recommend him.
Excellent job done, price extremely good, very courteous and polite.Workmen.
Joseph originally quoted for replacement of soffit, but this work uncovered my roof had serious rot problems. Joseph took photos of the damage and clearly explained to me the options and costs for repairs. I have had the work done and the work has been guaranteed for 10 years, so hopefully no worries for a long time. The work was carried out in the winter, but Joseph turned up everyday the weather would allow. On completion the work area was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Joseph and will definitely try to use his company for any future building work.
Although he was busy on another job the contractor kept me informed when we would be able to do the job.
